BOOKING

All bookings can be made via email or easiest via our online booking system which you can find here. You can book online up to 12 hours before the booking date .

On our booking website, you will find information about prices or even special offers for all room types. If you need further information, you are welcome to check out our website. Our staff is happy to help you and give recommendations for your stay!

CHECK-IN

Check-in time is any time after 15:00 (not guaranteed due to the high volume of occupancy). If you arrive earlier, the receptionist will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready.  Guests will be required to present a valid form of identification.

Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival time than the property standard check-in time, please contact the hotel directly in advance. If you plan to arrive earlier than the hotel’s check-in time and you want to be sure that you will get your room, then we suggest you book the night before.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out is at 11:00. If you require a later check-out, please contact the receptionist. A charge may be applied. Any delay to checked-out will result in an extra night being added to the final bill. Porto Kaza Boutique Apartments can accommodate guest luggage complimentary at the reception after check-out time if needed.

PAYMENT METHODS

For prepaid reservations, you have to pay in advance either by a valid credit card or by bank transfer. Please note that if the payment is done with a credit card belonging to another person who won’t be present at the hotel, we will need a written authorization sent by the credit card holder with a copy of his credit card and a copy of his ID. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse the access of the room to any guests who are not able to show us the credit card he used for his prepaid reservation or if we did not receive the authorization before his arrival.

For non-prepaid reservations, upon arrival, you can pay by cash or by credit card number such as VISA and MasterCard.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before booking, we will return 100% of the total amount (if you have made a bank transfer then we will return you 95% of the total amount). In case of cancellation from 30 days until 24 hours before the booking, we will return 50% of the total amount.

SMOKING POLICIES

Smoking is prohibited in all interior areas of the property. Please note that guests found to be smoking in the room will be charged a cleaning fee of 100€ per day.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR

The safety, health, and comfort of our guests are of paramount importance. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we have established rules that must be adhered to by all guests.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR

Definition: Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to, arguments with staff, shouting, threats, or any form of verbal or physical violence.

Consequences: In the event of such behavior, the guest will be immediately informed and will be asked to leave the premises without any refund.

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS

Complimentary wireless internet service is offered to all guests in their rooms and all the hotel areas. The optic fiber allows a quick and stable connection. For login and password, please ask the reception.

PET POLICIES

Pets are not accepted in the rooms or in the common area of Porto Kaza.

VALUABLES

If you travel with valuables, there is a safety box in your wardrobe. The Hotel is not responsible for any stolen or lost items.

EMAIL MESSAGES

If you do not wish to receive email messages advertising and promoting the hotel, you may click the link unsubscribe in the email message and revoke your registration and cancel the email and advertising communications. In addition, you may declare in the hotel’s respective registration form that you do not give your consent for receiving promotional emails, thus you may choose not to be included in the hotel’s mailing list. Please take into account that even if you withdraw from receiving advertising emails from us, we may need to send you communication in respect of services, such as confirmations of any future reservations you may make.

INFORMATION & PD

We collect information and PD from you which you provide with your free consent, either directly or via third-party services with which you interact and which have already requested your free consent. We may collect and process data, including the below, during the provision by us of hosting services and use of our facilities by you, which may contain PD or may be deemed PD:

• Name and surname, residence address or/and address of employment, email, telephone (landline or mobile), ID or passport number, nationality, date of birth. In the event that you accompany minors (under 16 years of age), you will be requested, as the official guardian, to declare their details. Please note, that all the above details are required by Greek legislation for the provision of hosting services in tourist accommodation establishments.
• Financial information regarding you, including your bank account details, credit or debit card details or other payment details

POLICY CHANGES

We reserve the right to change this policy by implementing the new provisions of EU and Greek legislation and at our discretion. If we make any changes, we will record these changes here so that you can have immediate access.

PD SECURITY

The hotel commits to take all measures possible in order to protect your PD. For this reason, we use a variety of technologies and security procedures for the protection of PD from non-authorized access and use. Please take into account, however, that no natural or electronic security system is completely safe. We cannot guarantee the complete security of your data basis, nor can we guarantee that the information you provide us through the internet may not be intercepted. We commit, however, to review and enhance our security policies and to implement additional technical and organizational measures, when such new technologies become available. The transfer of information via the Internet is not completely secure and may include the transfer of data to countries outside the European Union. This occurs due to the use of cloud solutions for web hosting, email hosting or exclusive software solutions which have been delivered to us via the Cloud. However, in any case, we do not permit third parties to use our PD for their purposes. Although we will take all possible measures to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data which are transmitted to us. Consequently, you are responsible for the transfer of any PD. Once PD is obtained, we take the necessary security measures in order to avoid non-authorized access.
